That’s why we’ve created a welcoming, step-by-step process that puts you at ease from the moment you contact our practice.

Before your first visit, we’ll send you our comprehensive new patient forms via email, allowing you to complete them in the comfort of your own home. We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting gym wear or sports clothing to your appointment, and if appropriate, we may ask gentlemen to remove their shirts for spinal examination. Don’t forget to bring any relevant medical information, including MRI scans, X-rays, or current medications.

Your Two-Visit New Patient Process

We believe in taking the time needed to truly understand your condition and develop the most effective treatment plan. Your first visit focuses entirely on getting to know you and your health concerns through a detailed consultation and comprehensive examination lasting approximately 30-45 minutes. During this time, we’ll discuss your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and personal health goals.

Our examination includes advanced diagnostic tools such as computerised posture scans, range of movement analysis, and detailed subluxation assessment. We don’t believe in guesswork – if X-rays or additional scans are needed, we’ll arrange referrals to ensure we have all the information necessary for your optimal care.

Your Second Visit: Understanding Your Care Plan

Your follow-up appointment, typically scheduled within a few days, is when everything comes together. During this 30-45 minute session, we’ll provide a comprehensive report of our findings, review any X-rays or scans, and explain exactly what’s happening with your spine and nervous system. You’ll receive a detailed explanation of your personalised treatment schedule and care plan, followed by your first adjustment.
